Sales Strategist
Location: 65, Jalan 2 Taman Industri Pandan Indah, Pandan Indah, 55100 Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: RM5,000 & Above (Basic + Commission)
About The Role
As a Sales Strategist at Citra Aladdin, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect flooring solution — from luxury vinyl tiles to premium carpets and SPC planks. This is not just a sales job — it’s a chance to guide customers through transforming their spaces.
You’ll work in a dynamic showroom environment, serving walk-in clients, Leads, preparing quotes, and following up to close deals with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilites
- Greet and engage with showroom visitors to understand their flooring needs
- Recommend suitable flooring options based on style, budget, and space
- Prepare professional quotations and follow up with potential clients
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product range and promotions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, delivery, installers) for smooth project handovers
Requirements
- 21 years old & above
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese
- Willing to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Team player with a goal-driven attitude
- Sales experience preferred (but not required — training provided)
